摘  要：該文以發(fā)動機耐久性試驗為依據(jù)，對某新型發(fā)動機性能進(jìn)行分析評價。參照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對某新開發(fā)發(fā)動機進(jìn)行600 h耐久性試驗，通過對發(fā)動機功率、扭矩、油耗、活塞漏氣量、缸壓、機油消耗量以及零部件損傷等數(shù)據(jù)的測試，來分析該型發(fā)動機動力性、經(jīng)濟性、密閉性以及可靠性等性能的變化情況及規(guī)律。通過測試分析，最終評定該新開發(fā)發(fā)動機各項性能良好，達(dá)到設(shè)計和實用要求，為發(fā)動機定型試驗分析及后續(xù)同系列發(fā)動機的改進(jìn)設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。

Performance test and analysis of the newly developed engine

Abstract: The durability test has been conducted to evaluate the performance of a newly developed engine. According to relative standards， a 600 h durability test has been implemented to examine the power， torque， fuel consumption， piston leakage， cylinder pressure， oil consumption and parts damage. The test data have been used to analyze the changing state and regularity of dynamic， economic， airtight and reliable performance. The durability test indicates that new engine can meet the design and practical requirements. It has provided reference data for engine approval test and follow-up improvement of the same series.
