摘  要：針對再制造發(fā)動機產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一致性較差導(dǎo)致出廠驗收磨合效率低的問題，通過對發(fā)動機表面振動信號的實時監(jiān)測與分析，達到判斷其磨合質(zhì)量，提高工作效率的目的。利用經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解（empirical mode decomposition，EMD）的結(jié)果，基于對振動綜合度的應(yīng)用研究，提出磨合質(zhì)量參數(shù)作為評價再制造發(fā)動機磨合質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)。通過對比再制造發(fā)動機與在用發(fā)動機的分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合發(fā)動機性能試驗數(shù)據(jù)，證明磨合質(zhì)量參數(shù)隨著磨合過程的進行逐漸減小，且具有良好的靈敏度。在綜合分析多臺發(fā)動機試驗結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出將3%作為磨合質(zhì)量參數(shù)的閾值，以此評價再制造發(fā)動機的磨合質(zhì)量。

Study on running quality evaluation of remanufactured engine based on

EMD and overall vibration

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that remanufactured engine is low in running efficiency during factory acceptance for its poor quality conformity， the vibration signal on the engine surface was monitored and analyzed in real time to judge the engine running quality and improve its work efficiency. based on the application and study of comprehensive vibration scale and the results of empirical mode decomposition （EMD）， this paper has presented to take running quality parameters as the evaluation index for engine running quality. The running quality parameters have been proved to reduce gradually and much flexible during the running process in combination with the comprehensive analysis of remanufactured engines and in-use engines and the engine performance test data. After studying the test results of multiple engines， it was proposed to set the threshold of running quality parameters as 3% so as to evaluate the running quality of remanufactured engines.
