摘  要：采用索氏提取的方法對(duì)橘子果肉中橙皮苷進(jìn)行提取，對(duì)提取溶劑、提取溫度、提取時(shí)間、料液比進(jìn)行單因素試驗(yàn)，并在該基礎(chǔ)上采用正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)提取工藝條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明：橙皮苷最佳的索氏提取工藝為甲醇作溶劑提取、提取溫度85 ℃、提取時(shí)間3 h、料液比1∶120，橘子果肉中橙皮苷的含量為2.21 mg/g（鮮重）。該方法準(zhǔn)確，可靠，可用于橘子中功效成分合理開發(fā)和質(zhì)量控制。

Extraction and determination of hesperidin in orange pulp

Abstract: Soxhlet extration was applied to extract hesperidin from orange pulps. The effects of reagent， temperature， time， and material-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of hesperidin were investigated， and the extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum process conditions were： extract temperature 85 ℃， extract time 3.5 h， material-liquid ratio 1∶120 with methanol. The analytical result showed that the content of hesperidin in orange pulp was 2.21 mg/g （fresh weight）. The method is accurate and reliable， and may be used for the development of functional components and the quality control of orange.
