摘  要：對(duì)照剩余電壓的形成和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的測(cè)試要求，敘述了剩余電壓存在形式、特點(diǎn)、測(cè)試方法和要求及測(cè)試設(shè)備。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有不同剩余電壓測(cè)試方法和測(cè)試設(shè)備的性能，對(duì)照現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試規(guī)定，列出了當(dāng)前剩余電壓測(cè)試過(guò)程出現(xiàn)的測(cè)試阻抗、測(cè)試方法和測(cè)試設(shè)備等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些測(cè)試問(wèn)題，提出了解決的具體測(cè)試變通方法和設(shè)想。

Residual voltage measurement

Abstract： According to the formation process of residual voltage and the measurement requirements of national standard， those including existing ways， characteristics， methods and requirements as well as the instruments of measurement for residual voltage were described. Based on the various existing methods and different performances of instruments for residual voltage measurement， as well as the requirements of national measurement standards， those problems such as impedance， measurement method and measurement instruments encountered in current residual voltage measurement were pointed out. To solve these problems above， some alternative methods and ideas for specific measurement were suggested.
