摘  要：在全面檢索1907年以來國內外所有關于糖類物質分析方法研究文獻的基礎上，介紹了茶葉中的糖類物質及其分析方法現狀，對糖類物質的主要分析方法進行了系統地介紹，并對化學分析法、氣相色譜法、離子交換色譜法、凝膠色譜法、高效液相色譜法、毛細管電泳法、質譜法等主要分析方法進行了評述，并提出了用高效液相色譜法建立茶葉中糖類物質測定的標準方法。

Abstract： According to almost all literatures relating to carbohydrates determination since 1907, carbohydrates in tea and their determinations were introduced. Those methods for carbohydrates determination, especially those main methods such as chemical analysis, gas chromatography（GC）, ion exchange chromatography（IEC）, gel permeation chromatography（GPC），high performance liguid chromatography（HPLC），capillary electrophoresis （CE） and mass spectrum （MS） were systematically reviewed. Based on the above, a standard method, carbohydrates in tea determined by HPLC was advised.
